Rural Ugandan children still face many challenges with hunger, consistent education and stability in family life, but our partnership with local Ugandans offers a pathway to hope and opportunity.

 

We dream of building hope into the lives of children who face unimaginable circumstances. We believe every single child is fearfully and wonderfully made by God for a special purpose. Hope Africa International seeks to guide children in all aspects of their lives and to help them to understand that God deeply loves them.

 

The goal for our Building Hope Event is to raise $10,000 to help bridge the gap between sponsorship donations and the extra needs of the children for 2025. This fundraiser will be split between our two programs, Kapchorwa and K&K Schools.

 

Kapchorwa is a rural town sitting at 7400 feet in elevation on Mt. Elgon, near the boarder of Kenya and Uganda. K&K Schools are located in the valley below Mt. Elgon in two extremely impoverished, rural villages called Kaplobotwo and Kabachirya. Between the two programs, we have over 600 children sponsored, but the need is still great.
