At Hope Africa International, our goal is for children to have a strong foundation in life, rooted in the love of God, so they can thrive in their communities. The photo above was taken ten years ago and fits this idea of being spiritually, emotionally and physically rooted so children can rise above even the most difficult circumstances. The children in this photo are now almost all adults, many have graduated and some are at the end of their schooling. Year after year, we see the fruit of the simple investment of sponsorship in so many lives.
On October 10th, we invite you to celebrate how the children of Hope Africa are "Rooted and Rising", becoming the next generation of adults in their community with hearts to make change.
Join us at 5:30 pm at Sisters Community Church, 1300 W. McKenzie Hwy, Sisters, OR 97759, for a delicious dinner, stories of how sponsorship has impacted kids and a live auction of beautiful items and experiences!
Our fundraising goal for this evening is $10,000 to be evenly split between our Kapchorwa and K&K projects, benefitting the budgets that support over 600 sponsored children.
